Ananindeua (Portuguese pronunciation: [ananĩˈdewɐ]) is a city in Pará, Brazil. It is a part of the Metropolitan Region of Belém, and is the second most populous city in the state. It has a population estimated by IBGE of 498,095 in 2006.[1]
