Anatol Şalaru (b. February 7, 1962, Văratic, Rîșcani) is a Moldovan politician. He was the Transport and Road Infrastructure Minister in the First Filat Cabinet and the Second Filat Cabinet.

Biography[edit]

In 1993 Șalaru created the Party of Reform and was the chairman of the party until 1997. The Party of Reform later became the Liberal Party and Șalaru remains party vice-president.[1]

He used to work for Ascom Group in Chișinău, Turkmenistan and Iraq.
