Naval Anchorage is a housing scheme for the officers of Pakistan Navy and is currently 'under development'. It is located on Mouza Sihala Khurd, Gangota Syedan near River Soan in the Zone-V of the Islamabad Capital Territory.

The project is owned by Housing Directorate Pakistan Navy located in Naval Headquarters at PNS Zafar Sector E-8, Islamabad. NESPAK is reportedly responsible for architectural planning and design of this housing scheme.

As of November 2011 and as per the information on the CDA website, Anchorage housing scheme layout plan was approved on 21st July 2005 with total area of 3677 Kanals and a total of 1339 residential plots[1].

  • As of November 2011, Anchorage is a gated society with boundary wall where some houses are already constructed, while mosques, hospitals, parks and community centres are under the master development plan[2].
  • In September 2011, Anchorage housing society published advertisement in the newspapers[3] for sale of limited residential plots of size 500 Square yards with total cost of PKR 3,500,000/- with a down payment of PKR 200,000/- and remaining in six quarterly installments.
