Aníbal Cesis Godoy (born 10 February 1990 in Panama City, Panama) is a football midfielder. He currently plays in Panama for Liga Panameña de Futbol team Chepo FC. The Panama U-20 squad that participated in the 2007 FIFA World Youth Cup in Canada.
