Annika Svenja Kirschwasser, born October 9, 1980 in Leipzig, Germany, (then East Germany) is a former professional tennis player who had a career high ranking of 179 in 2002. Kirschwasser had a short lived career, retiring after only three years on tour due to an unexpected pregnancy.[2] When she was touring, she used Babolat racquets.[3]
