[edit] Origins & Rise To Success

The group's official biography, released by 20 CM Records in 2005 states that Guess Who and Zekko first met as children in elementary school and they started their recording careers together in 2000. Romanian hip hop veterans Paraziţii started 20 CM Records, their own record label and started a campaign entitled "Acțiunea Instrumentalul" (The Instrumental Operation) with the purpose of finding and signing new talents. Anonim sent their demo, along with a handful of other Romanian emcees looking for a record deal. They signed with 20 CM Records and appeared on Paraziţii album "Irefutabil" (Undeniable). Due to Romanian laws forbbiding an album that contained profianity to be released by underaged artists, the group was only able to release their debut album, "Hai Să Vorbim" (Let's Talk) in 2005, when Guess Who, the youngest of the two, turned 18.

"Hai Să Vorbim" (Let's Talk) was produced by Cheloo and his Paraziţii bandmates served as the album's executive producers. The album was supported by two singles, "Extrema Zilei" (literally "The Extreme Of The Day", meaning the wildest thing an individual can do in a day, a wordplay on "Chestiunea Zilei" the well-known talk show hosted by Romanian actor Florin Călinescu), a feature with labelmates Paraziţii and "Înghețata" (Ice Cream). Both singles had music videos that performed well on Romanian music charts. Anonim toured extensively with Paraziţii in 2005 and 2006 for promotion. They were released from their contract with 20 CM Records in 2007 and went on hiatus. In 2009 group member Guess Who released his debut solo album, "Probe Audio" (Sound Checks) and stated in various interviews that he maintains a good relationship with ex-member Zekko but a reunion is highly unlkely to happen since he is now retired. Despite this, the group reunited for a one time performance in April 2010 in Bucharest during "Tu-R", Spike and Guess Who's national tour.
