Allan Anthony Costly (born 13 December 1954) is a Honduran former footballer who played at both professional and international levels, as a defender.

Born in Tela, Costly played club football in Honduras for Real España and in Spain for CD Málaga.[1][2]
Costly also earned 41 caps for Honduras,[1] and represented them at the 1982 FIFA World Cup.[3]
