Anthony Everett
Anthony Everett is a news anchor for WCVB-TV, the ABC affiliate of Boston, Massachusetts.
Since September 2005, Everett has been a co-host of the channel's news magazine Chronicle. Everett is a fill-in anchor of the channel's local news at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:00PM and 11pm weekday newscasts. He joined WCVB in 1990 as a general assignment reporter.
Earlier in his career Everett had been a reporter and anchor of the 6 and 11PM news at WVIT-TV, the NBC affiliate in Hartford, Connecticut. He began his professional broadcasting career at KSPN-TV in Aspen, Colorado where he served initially as a sports reporter, then as anchor and news director during years 1984 to 1987.[1]
Everett currently resides outside of Boston with his wife and their two children. He is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
