Highway 99 was a north-south highway in northwestern Arkansas. Its southern terminus was at Highway 45 near Dutch Mills with its northern terminus at the Arkansas-Oklahoma state line 1.5 miles (2.4 km) northwest of Maysville, where it continued as Oklahoma State Highway 20 . In the 1930's it was truncated to Highway 68 (now U.S. Highway 412) in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and replaced by Highway 59. In the mid 1960's the northern segment was replaced by Highway 43.
