Aroma Township is one of seventeen townships in Kankakee County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 5,835.[1]

According to the United States Census Bureau, Aroma Township covers an area of 38.11 square miles (98.7 km2); of this, 37.25 square miles (96.5 km2) (97.77 percent) is land and 0.85 square miles (2.2 km2) (2.24 percent) is water.
Aroma township includes the Iroquois Woods Nature Preserve and Strasma Park.
