Arthur Voskanyan (Armenian: Արթուր Ոսկանյան, born on 13 August 1976 in Yerevan, Soviet Union) is a retired Armenian football midfielder. He last played for the Armenian Premier League club Banants Yerevan. He is also a member of the Armenia national team, and has participated in 51 international matches and scored 1 goal since his debut in a home UEFA Euro 2000 qualifying match against Russia on March 27, 1999.
