Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC or Assam PCC) was formed in June 1921. Its headquarter is at Rajiv Bhavan in Guwahati. Kuladhar Chaliha was its president when the committee was founded. Bhubaneshwar Kalita is the current president of APCC.[1]
