The Ateneo de Manila University Archives, located at the ground floor of the Rizal Library in Quezon City, Philippines, is the central repository of non-current records of the administrative offices, academic departments, and student organizations of the Ateneo de Manila University since 1958. It was established by Fr. Leo Cullum, S.J., Fr. Horacio de la Costa, S.J., and Fr. John Schumacher, S.J., and was first located at the Bellarmine Hall of the Ateneo. It was transferred in 1967 to its current location and became a distinct service unit in 1974 with the purpose of selecting, preserving, and administering permanent University records and personal papers of Administrators, faculty, and alumni.[1][2]

The Archives currently possesses 650 linear feet of microfilms, 4000 volumes of University serial publications, and 70 linear feet of personal papers. It also has non-textual artifacts such as tapes, films, maps, plaques and building plans.[1]

Research, photocopy, and exhibit services are provided to Ateneo researchers and outsiders. Research fee for non-Ateneo students is P25.00, while a P50.00 fee is collected from non-Ateneo graduate school researchers. Catalogs, indexes, guides, and registers are also provided. The archives department is open during Mondays to Fridays from 7:30-12:00 am, 1:00-4:30 pm, and during Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 am only.[1]

The current Archivist is Rodolfo Allayban.
