Aventis School of Management is an international graduate business school. Aventis School of Management (Asia) campus is based in Singapore offers a strong focus on leadership and general management skills. Aventis School of Management is one of the five business schools in Singapore that is registered with European Foundation for Management Development and the European Council for Business Education (ECBE). Aventis EMBA is also accredited by the EMBA Council, which was formed in 1981 to accredit schools of business offering EMBA worldwide.

Executive Masters Programs [edit]
Aventis collaborates with Zicklin School of Business and Baruch College, New York, to bring the Zicklin Executive Masters programs to Singapore for all senior executives across ASEAN. The programs includes the Executive MBA , Executive Master of Science in Marketing & International Business, Finance, HR & Global leadership, Information Systems and Business Computing Information Systems and Psychology (Industrial and Organizational)and Entreprenuership. In 2010, Aventis announced its partnership with Arcadia University to offer an International MBA program tailored for working professionals in Singapore. In 2011, Aventis announced 2 new partnership with University of Louisville and California State University to offer the Professional MBA and the MBA with specializations in Finance, Information Technology and International Management in Singapore.
Graduate Diploma Programs [edit]
Aventis offersGraduate Diploma programs in Marketing, finance & investment, risk management, service leadership, Human Capital Development, Training & Development, organizational Psychology, social psychology & Counselling, and Financial engineering.
Aventis collaborates with Professional bodies such as the Chartered institute of Marketing (UK)
, American Association of Financial Management and the Centre for Behaviorial Science (CBS)[1] to offer professional certifications
Executive Education [edit]
Aventis conducts leadership and professional development programs through collaboration with partners such as Baruch College, The City University of New York, the largest AACSB Accredited Business School in US and The School of Management, University of St Andrews, oldest university in Scotland and third oldest in the English-speaking world.
Aventis conducts senior management training including Advanced Management Program (AMP); Global CEO Program[2] and Advanced CFO Program.[3] Participants usually are senior or top management, with many years of professional experience or younger high potential executives.
Public Lectures [edit]
Aventis regularly organises public lectures, featuring thought leaders from various disciplines to educate the public of the changing global environment. On April 9, Aventis in collaboration with Zicklin School of Business hosted the Annual Public Lecture Series-Beyond The Financial Crisis: Ethics & Professional Responsibilities by Professor Larry Zicklin who endowed the Wharton's Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research and the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity (CCI) at Baruch College.[4]

Seminars & Workshops [edit]
Aventis organises Executive Workshops & Seminars in the following areas: finance and investment, accounting, general management, leadership, strategy, presentation skills, soft skills, decision making, people and performance management, marketing, innovations and entrepreneurship[5] Aventis- Seminars & Workshops.
Aventis School of Management also invited international speakers including Professor Victoria Dalko from Harvard University to conduct Masterclass courses in Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Valutions.
Other events include joint collaboration with KhattarWong, a regional law firm to co-sponsor a business conference in "Doing Business in ASEAN: Managing Your Risks in Today's Business World" Conference. This regional conference is supported by The Singapore Business Federation(SBF) and The Singapore institute of Directors (SID).
Customized In-house Training [edit]
Aventis works with corporate clients to design and deliver tailor made in house training. Programmes include mentoring and coaching, financial statement analysis, leadership development and market innovations. Post event evaluation will allow corporate clients to assess the effectiveness of the training.
International Masters in Business Administration [edit]
In conjunction with California State University, Sacramento, Aventis began offering IMBA programs in the fall of 2012. Students can choose from three focuses of International Management, IT Management, or Finance. Part of the course is web based, with the remainder containing upfront lectures from Sac State faculty.
Achievements [edit]
In 2009, Aventis trained over 1,500 participants. Aventis School of management is the sponsor of the HRM Awards 2009 for Best Graduate Development,[6] The Singapore HR Awards[7] organized by the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and the Singapore HR Congress.[8] Aventis School of Management is listed in the TOP MBA Career Guide 2010 from peer surveys by Quacquarelli Symonds. In 2009, one of Aventis's graduate students, Ms Anna White, won the world best student award for Professional Postgraduate diploma in marketing award from the Chartered institute of marketing conferred personally by Sir Paul Judge, President of CIM and benefactor of Judge Business School, Cambridge University.
