Avior Airlines is an airline based in Barcelona, Anzoátegui, Venezuela. It operates scheduled and charter services within Venezuela and the southern Caribbean, as well as Miami out of its base at Generál José Antonio Anzoátegui International Airport.[1]

The airline was established and started operations in 1994, initially using a single five-seat Cessna Skymaster for charter flights to Margarita Island and Canaima. It is owned by Jorge Añez Dager (50%) and Rafael Ciarcia Walo (50%).[1]

As of June 2011, the Avior Airlines fleet consist of eight Boeing 737-200 aircraft with an average age of 27.7 years, each being equipped with 111 passenger seats, twelve of which are in business class.[2]
