Bình Tân is an urban district of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is known as a large inner city of migrant workers.
As of 2006[update] the district had a population of 311,514.[1] The district covers an area of 52 km². The district capital lies at Ho Chi Minh City.[1]
