[edit] Plot
Salve (Yasmien Kurdi), a pretty, naïve, young woman, falls in love with Alfred (Marvin Agustin), an ambitious man who cheats behind her back. Salve doesn't realize that the reason why Alfred wanted her was because of her inheritance, and he is determined to get it—at whatever cost.
Enter the rich and influential Via (Angelika dela Cruz), the scheming daughter of a politician who also falls in love with Alfred. And with Via, Alfred sees the woman he thinks can help him fulfill his dreams of becoming popular and powerful.
When Alfred leaves Salve, the latter becomes devastated. And it is in this state that she crosses paths with Derek (JC De Vera), a good-looking yet hardened gangster, and Evita (Dina Bonnevie), the matriarch of a syndicate and whom Rod considers as his surrogate mother. Both Evita and Rod will help Salve to fight back and avenge against the people who made her life miserable.
