Babyhood is the second book by comedian Paul Reiser. It is a follow-up to his first book, Couplehood.

Reiser writes a funny account of his experiences with his wife, Paula Revets, as they grapple with their first born child, Ezra. His account is detailed, yet humorous, and provides an animated look at raising a baby through the eyes of a new father.
He tells the story from the father's point of view and covers topics like pregnancy, sleepless nights, breast feeding and baby clothes.
