"Back in Your Head" is a song by the Canadian indie band Tegan and Sara from their 2007 album The Con. It was released as a single in the same year. It was written by Sara Quin.

Tegan and Sara recorded the song in early 2007 as they were producing the rest of their album. For this song, Sara Quin played guitar, piano and vocals. Christopher Walla played guitars, the keyboard, the organ and shakers. Ted Gowans also played the guitars and the keyboard, Jason McGerr played the drums and Matt Sharp played bass. The song is recorded using a tuning slightly over half a quarter tone sharp (approximately 30 cents) of the standard A440.^{[citation needed]}

The song, along with "The Con", "Nineteen", and "Dark Come Soon", (all from The Con) were performed acoustically on the podcast The Interface in 2007.
