Bagaichhari (Bengali: বাঘাইছড়ি) is an Upazila of Rangamati District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

Bagaichhari is located at 23°09′00″N 92°11′30″E / 23.1500°N 92.1917°E . It has 10471 units of house hold and total area 1931.28 km².

As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Bagaichhari has a population of 57380. Males constitute are 53.61% of the population, and females 46.39%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 29181. Bagaichhari has an average literacy rate of 35.7% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
