Bani Mustafa is a tribe in Jordan. They mainly inhabit the town of Souf and the city of Jerash. A minority lives in Thughretasfour, Dairalliat and Nabi Hud.
Bani Mustafa is a native Jordanian tribe that settled in Souf in the 17th or 18th century. The total number of members of the tribe exceeds. Bani Mustafa is considered the second largest tribe in Souf and one of the biggest tribes in the Jerash Governorate.
Bani Mustafa, like other native Jordanians used to work mainly in agriculture, but now a growing number tend toward higher education, business, military, and government. The main branches of Bani Mustafa tribe are Hmaidan, Nizami, Falahat, Khwaldeh, Husainat, Abu-Ismail, and Dar Aioob.
