Barbara Tarło (c.1636–1689) was a Polish noble lady.
Daughter of castellan of Wiślice and starost of Olsztyn Jan Karol Tarło and Marianna Ligęza. She married Jan Aleksander Daniłowicz in 1646/49 and Grand Marshal and Hetman Jerzy Sebastian Lubomirski in 1654.
