Baskin-Robbins Australia is the Australian licensee of Baskin-Robbins, the global chain of ice cream parlors founded by Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins in 1953. Baskin-Robbins Australia commenced trading in 1991,[1] and became a listed public company in 2004 as part of Allied Brands Group.[2] Currently in Australia there are 81 Baskin-Robbins stores.[3]
