Bay Area Rock Fest is an annual progressive rock and metal festival that was held for the first time in 2007 at The Independent in San Francisco, California.
The 2009 edition was cancelled.[1]

Held on May 4 and May 5 at The Independent in San Francisco, California. D. C. Cooper was a special guest and emcee. Angra were scheduled to perform but had to cancel due to visa issues.
