[edit] History
Boaz Berman is the cofounder, creator and artistic director with Eylon Nuphar. Together they have both created five commercials. Mayumana has performed before more than five million spectators in over 70 major cities around the world. The troupe is currently made up of about 100 members (including actors, technical teams, production and marketing staff), from over 32 countries.
[edit] Momentum show
Time is the driving force and inspiration for the show. The creators, Eylon Nuphar and Boaz Berman, together with Roy Ofer (producer of Momentum) and artistic consultants Giuliano Peparini (Franco Dragone Company), David Ottone (Yllana Theatre from Spain) and Ido Kagan (Mayumana) put together an international team of multidisciplinary stage artists that presents innovative technologies based on the perception of time and synchronization, while integrating live music, singing and video clips with a combination of rhythm, energy, humor and movement. Momentum premiered in Madrid in late 2008, attracting over 300,000 spectators worldwide since then. Following the success of the first run in Madrid a second cast was trained to allow more booking flexibility. Currently, Mayumana has a touring company and a home-based company in Tel Aviv.
[edit] Media
Arava Power partnered with Mayumana to create a promotional video for the Israel EcoCinema Festival. The video was used a second time as Arava Power Company’s video-invitation to the historic launch of Ketura Sun, the first solar field in Israel.[1]
