Beach Halt is a request stop on the Fairbourne Railway re-opening in 2000. The station was formerly called Bathing Beach or Traeth Mawr briefly in the 1980s. Passengers can break their journey here to enjoy Fairbourne's long sandy beaches, Penrhyn amusements and the children's playground.
