The Bedford Hills Metro-North Railroad station serves the residents of Bedford Hills, New York, via the Harlem Line. It is 39.2 miles (63 km) from Grand Central Terminal and the average travel time to Grand Central is one hour. It is located next to the downtown business district, which grew up around the station.

The former station, built by the New York Central Railroad in the mid-19th century, stands aside the current one and, unusually for surviving NYC stations along the Harlem Line, still has its sign. But like many others, it has found new life as a home for local businesses.

This station is located in the Zone 6 Metro-North fare zone.

[edit] Platform and track configuration

This station has one six-car-long high-level island platform serving trains in both directions. The Harlem Line has two tracks at this location.
