Bedford South School

Bedford South School is an elementary and junior high school located in Bedford, Nova Scotia. It opened in September 2000 and now serves over 700 students, housed in 26 homeroom classrooms and supported by 62 staff members.[1]

Bedford South is administered by the Halifax Regional School Board and is a P3 school, owned by Scotia Learning Centres.[1] The current Principal of Bedford South School is Mrs. Metherall, with Miss. Burgess as Vice Principal.[2]

The school mascot is the eagle. The school colours are blue, white and gold.
