Begüm Tarako (born 7 September 1982, İstanbul), is a Turkish musician. She performs rock music. Her father Gürhan Tarako, Beyaz KelebeklerWhite Butterflies's former drummer. She has been a musician since her childhood because of being influenced by her father.

She was born in İstanbul in 9 September 1982. She graduated from primary school and college in İstanbul. Whenever one of her friends say to her; "You are the girl who couldn't play guitar" İstanbul Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı she was accepted into the halfly time classic guitar section.The reason of her problem with her family was that she had just dropped out of school in her third year and after her fourth year she was accepted into Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Sanat ve Tasarım Fakültesi.

She is best known for her songs "Prenses" and "Kayra".The music video for her song "Kayra" was shown on DreamTV.Her father Gürhan Tarako had watched the movie clip right before he died.This is one of the most important events for her.

Begüm Tarako uploads her songs for her project on the internet because that's the way she prefers to communicate with her followers.She plans to keep on sharing her music with her followers on the internet.
