Belair is a separate unincorporated community in northern Clay County, Florida, United States. It is located near Orange Park. Technically it is designated as a community in Orange Park. The community is combined with Meadowbeook Terrace and North Meadowbrook Terrace, to form the Census Designated Place of Bellair-Meadowbrook Terrace by the U.S. Census Bureau. According to Rand McNally, the latest population estimate for this separate community is approximately 9,000.

This community should not be confused with Belair in Leon County; Belleair in Pinellas County; nor Bel-Air in Seminole County.
