Ben Darrou (born 25 November 1993) is a rookie-listed Australian Rules Footballer for the Richmond Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).

He played alongside Toby Greene, Sam Frost (GWS), and Hal Hunter (Essendon) for the Wesley College Football 1st XVII in 2012.

Darrou was taken at pick 25 in the 2012 Rookie Draft. He was recruited from the Sandringham Dragons in the TAC Cup. His father was born in Morocco and runs a Moroccan-Spanish tapas restaurant in Melbourne.[2]
