Benjamin Joel Weinberger (born June 29, 1978) is an American businessman, co-founder and CEO of Digitalsmiths. Weinberger co-founded Digitalsmiths with Matthew Berry.

Weinberger attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC), graduated in 2001, and currently serves on the SIU Alumni Board of Directors.[3] Digitalsmiths was founded in Illinois while Weinberger attended SIUC. In 2002, Weinberger and then co-owner Todd Clemens were named Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the State of Illinois.[4] Later, he moved to North Carolina with his wife Jill, also a graduate of SIUC in 1999.[3]
