Bengt Evert Andersson (born 11 August 1966 in Kungsbacka) is a Swedish football goalkeeper who plays for Swedish Division 6 club Önnereds IK.
After playing for a two local clubs, GAIS, Brage, Örgryte and Spanish club Tenerife, he joined IFK Göteborg in 1998 where he was the club's first choice goalkeeper until the 2008 season. There was some speculation that he would retire after the 2006 season; however this seems to not be the case as Bengt appeared in the official IFK magazine stating that he will probably continue for at least three more years. He is known to be a good penalty shooter, and has scored penalties on numerous occasions in the highest Swedish league, Allsvenskan. He has also made 194 straight appearances in that league since he returned to Sweden, seventh most all time. He is also one of the oldest players to ever have played in the highest league.
He finally won Allsvenskan with IFK Göteborg, first time to become a Swedish champion i Football 2007 at the age of 41. The oldest football player in the Swedish league to win Allsvenskan
In the summer of 2008 he joined Moss on the second tier in Norway on loan from Tölö.[1]
In May 2009 Bengt Andersson made his comeback in Allsvenskan, when he signed a 3 month contract (with possible extenstion) with his former club Örgryte IS. Örgryte IS had problems with two goalkeepers injured and Bengt is acquired due to his routine and experience in goal.
