Bennie Thompson (born February 10, 1963 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is a former American football safety for the New Orleans Saints in the National Football League. He went to the Pro Bowl after the 1991 and 1998 seasons as a special teams player. Thompson also played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Browns, and the Baltimore Ravens. Thompson is best known for his special teams contributions.
