Elizabeth "Betsy" Stewart (formerly Montgomery and Andropolouso) was a fictional character on the American soap opera As the World Turns. Betsy was played most notably by Meg Ryan (1982-1984) and Lindsay Frost (1984-1988). Her pairing with Frank Runyeon's Steve became one of the show's most popular supercouples of the 1980s.
