Biała (German: Bialka) is a river in southern Poland, a right tributary of the Vistula. Its sources are located in the Silesian Beskids, on the slopes of the Klimczok, Szyndzielnia and Magura mountains, in the elevation of about 800 m (2,625 ft). Most important towns and villages located on its banks are Bystra Śląska, Bielsko-Biała and Czechowice-Dziedzice.

Biała is the border river separating the historical lands of Silesia and Lesser Poland. From 1316 it formed the boundary between the Silesian Duchy of Cieszyn and the Duchy of Oświęcim, later between the Lands of the Polish and the Bohemian Crown (from 1742: Austrian Silesia). After World War I and the 1919 Polish–Czechoslovak War it separated the Polish part of Cieszyn Silesia in the Autonomous Silesian Voivodeship from Lesser Polish Kraków Voivodeship.
