Big Blue Mill, California

Big Blue Mill is a former settlement in Kern County, California.[1] It was located 1 mile (1.6 km) north of Old Kernville and 2 miles (3.2 km) south of New Kernville.[1] The town was named after the Big Blue Mine, where gold was discovered around 1861.[1]
