[edit] Criticism
Bigadda's site looks like it offers free blog services, but in reality it doesn't.
Bigadda's site sells products online. They have a poor track record of dispatching ordered products. There were numerous instances where duplicate products were shipped instead of purchased originals, faulty products delivered, orders delayed for more than a month after receiving payment, etc. The customercare service is so poor that their primary lines are often redirected and some phone numbers suspiciously keep one on hold for hours together without any response repeating the pre-recorded message that all the customer service executives are busy.
