William Hort Mann, better known under his pen name Billy Mann, is a successful American record producer and songwriter. He started as a singer, and released the albums Billy Mann and Earthbound. He currently resides in New York City.

Mann has been known to work with Kelly Rowland, Pink, Ricky Martin, Backstreet Boys, Celine Dion, Jessica Simpson, Martina McBride, Anastacia, Art Garfunkel, Carole King, Joss Stone, Delta Goodrem, Take That, Hall & Oates, Sting, Paula Abdul, The Veronicas, Tiziano Ferro, Mary J. Blige, Robi Draco Rosa, Robyn, Ricki-Lee Coulter and many other artists from the R&B, rock and country music genres.
In 2001, Mann founded Stealth Entertainment.
