Black Label Records is an independent record label that specializes in releasing highly offensive comedy albums of comedians from the Southeast. Its most noteworthy release has been The Happy Telephone tapes. The label may also refer to the fictitious label used by The Offspring to release their single "I'll Be Waiting/Blackball."[1]

Based in Sacremento,California and sub-divisions in; Seattle,Washington , Atalnta,Georgia , Chicago, Illinois and its newest branch in Niagara Falls,New York.
