Black Label Records is an independent record label that specializes in releasing highly offensive comedy albums of comedians from the Southeast. Its most noteworthy release has been The Happy Telephone tapes. The label may also refer to the fictitious label used by The Offspring to release their single "I'll Be Waiting/Blackball."[1]

Black Label Records is now looking to expand with new talents from the rap genre. Based in Sacremento,California and sub-divisions in; Seattle,Washington , Atalnta,Georgia , Chicago, Illinois and its newest branch in Niagara Falls,New York. Headed by the highly talented manager and Co-founder Alastair McTavish.
