Black Sun is an album by the German power metal band Primal Fear.
It is a concept album about a space exploration mission. They visit a new, never before seen, planet (Black Sun), have a crew member who can see the future (Magic Eye), and end up blowing up when re-entering the Earth's atmosphere (Armageddon). The person or thing they are speaking to in Armageddon is considered by fans to be the falcon on the covers of their albums.
