Bling H2O is sold as a high-end, fashionable, bottled water. Bling H2O was created by Hollywood writer-producer Kevin G. Boyd at imdb. The brand features frosted bottles decorated with Swarovski crystals.[1] The water contained in the bottle comes from a Tennessee (United States) spring and is purified in a nine-step process that includes ozone, ultraviolet treatment and micro-filtration.[2]
Bling H2O was initially introduced to hand-selected athletes and actors. The bottled water is now available to the public. Bling H2O has been featured at the MTV Video Music Awards and The Emmys.[3]
It retails at $2,600 for just 750ml (25.4 US fl. oz.) in Superquinn in Ireland[4] and is also available in Dublin Airport.
[edit] Awards
- The brand was awarded the 2006 Clear Choice Award for packaging design by the Glass Packaging Institute.[5] 2010 Berkeley Spring people's Choice Award.
