Block premium

Block Premium is the premiums paid in block transactions, which is indeed how much the new large minority shareholder would pay more per share, than the stock price two days after the transaction.

Block Premium per share or BPS is derived as

BPS=\frac{{P_{t}^{*}-P_{t+2}}}{P_{t+2}}
