Blood fetishism or hematolagnia (also haemotolangia) may refer to
- sexual interest or paraphilia for blood in clinical vampirism, or within BDSM or vampire lifestyle[1]
- belief within a society or culture that blood in itself (as a material substance) possesses powerful and magical properties[2]
