Blue is a 24-hour music video channel that broadcasts exclusively for Greek viewers in North America and is wholly owned by Antenna Group in affiliation with Greece's MAD TV music station. It is currently available via the World Media International platform in Australia.

Blue features music content including video clips from Greece's top artists, concerts, exclusive interviews and other special programming. Antenna has united with Greece's premier music service, MAD TV, giving it access to MAD TV's vast library of musical content including 17,000 video-clips, 70,000 songs and over 1,000 hours of live concert footage. Blue is similar to MAD TV's own international music channel, MAD World, which is available to viewers in Australia and the Pacific Rim.

In late 2010, Blue launched in Australia on the World Media platform. On April 27, 2010, it was removed from Dish Network in the United States.
