Bobby Harold Barbee, Sr. is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly[1] representing the state's seventieth House district, including constituents in Stanly and Union counties. An insurance executive from Locust, North Carolina, Barbee is currently (2003-2004 session) serving in his ninth term in the state House.
