A music video to accompany the release of "Body 2 Body" was first released onto YouTube on July 27, 2011 at a total length of four minutes and two seconds.[1] It had cameos by DJ Khaled & Rick Ross.

"Body 2 Body" spent thirteen weeks on the US Billboard Hot 100 in total, during which it reached a highest position of number 65.[2] The song also peaked at number six on both the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Rap Songs charts, making it Ace Hood's highest charting entry on both listings.[3][4]
