The Bolivian Blackbird (Oreopsar bolivianus) is a species of bird in the Icteridae family. It is monotypic within the genus Oreopsar. It is endemic to Bolivia.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland and pastureland.
