Booval is a suburb of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia, containing both residential and commercial areas.

The largest privately owned business in Booval is Llewellyn Motors.

The origin of the suburb name is from the Kabi Aboriginal dialect meaning frilled lizard.[2]
