Borel, California

Borel is a former settlement in Kern County, California.^[1] It was located 2.5 miles (4 km) southwest of Vaughn.^[1]

A post office operated at Borel from 1904 to 1908.^[1] The name comes from the Borel Canal Construction Company.^[1]
